Delivery
Here at Computer Lounge every order is important to us. Making sure you get your order safely in your hands is our top priority. Every single order is meticulously protected in bubble or cushioned by paper to give a blanket of protection before being placed into a cardboard shipper or courier bag, to prevent any movement during transportation.
Once your order is packaged and ready to go we will dispatch your order using a signature only courier ticket, we will email you the tracking info to make sure you can track it every step of the way and to make sure it ends up in the right place.
Within New Zealand
Delivery in New Zealand is by Courier Post signature required only.
Due to ongoing Covid-19 virus situation, courier companies in NZ have decided to use a blanket Authority to Leave service for all residential and business deliveries. To minimise physical contact, Courier Franchisees might leave parcels at a safe location out of public sighting at the designated delivery address.

Rural: If you live in a rural address please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for your delivery.
Bulk: Please allow an extra 4 - 10 days for your delivery.
Saturday Delivery: Applies to in stock items only. Cut off time is 4:00pm Friday. (Due to the current high demand for deliveries, couriers are under a lot of pressure. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Until further notice this delivery option is non-refundable.)

1 In Stock - ships within 1 - 3 working days! – This will ship from us within 1 - 3 days (We have physical stock at Computer Lounge).
On Back Order - Not in stock at Computer Lounge
Direct Ship - ships within 2 - 12 days – Not in stock at Computer Lounge. Note: This is a shipping estimation based on ETA’s provided by local suppliers. Our team will be in contact once your item has been shipped
For orders that consist of standard components, processing times are generally half a day to one day. (Once payment is confirmed)
If you order a Computer Lounge System, build time generally takes between 5 - 7 working days once we have received payment.
If you order a full Custom Water cooled build we will quote you with an ETA at time of placing the order.
Delivery FAQ
How do we calculate freight?
Shipping around NZ starts from $5.90 and is calculated on your location and size of your order.
When do you dispatch orders?
We dispatch on every business day Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on Public Holidays or weekends. If there is a public holiday during the week please allow an extra day for delivery.
What is Signature Only Tracked Delivery?
A signature only tracked delivery means that your order will not be left at your requested delivery address unattended and will need to be accepted by signature. If you are not there to receive it the courier will leave a calling card so you can call them to arrange a redelivery or collect from their depot.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched your account will be updated with a tracking link, we will also email this to you so you can track your order every step of the way.
